Our return policy offers a 15-day window for requesting a return on all items, except for electronic products which have a 7-day refund policy. This means that you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, with the exception of electronic products which have a 7-day refund policy. Return shipping costs are covered in our refund policy.
Returns eligible only in case of damaged or wrong product sent to customer . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will have the responsibility to select your preferred carrier, prepare the items for shipment and hand them off to your carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can unfortunately not be returned nor refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Returns will not be accepted if the Product is damaged by Customer.
No Exchange allowed as the products are outsourced according to your requirement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
